HIGH TECH LAW - Larry Plavnick brings 24 years of experience to the business and corporate law practice, including software licensing and intellectual property matters. Larry counsels both high technology vendors and end-users. He drafts, reviews, and negotiates software licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, strategic alliance agreements, systems integrator, OEM and VAR agreements, consulting and professional services agreements, outsourcing agreements, and provides a broad range of other services to companies involved in the development, distribution and use of technology products and services.
