John Updegraph
John has worked with developers to create many new condominium projects and is a member of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association. John also represents clients in the firm’s busy civil trials practice, has initiated and argued numerous dispositive motions to successfully resolve litigation, and has prosecuted appeals before the state appellate courts, as well as the Federal First Circuit and Third Circuit Courts of Appeal.
John received his B.A. from Middlebury College (1984) and M.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo (1986). He received his J.D. from Boston College Law School. He is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts state courts and before the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, First Circuit Court of Appeals, and Third Circuit Court of Appeals
