Larry is a 1975 graduate of Suffolk Law School with undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Journalism. He brings 24 years of experience in Business and Corporate Law attained both in private industry and in private practice. He is the former Vice President and General Counsel of Intellidex Systems, LLC, most recently served as Director of Legal and Business Operations of Sybase, Inc.'s Business Intelligence Division, and was a partner in the law firm of Demakis & Plavnick, P.A. Larry has significant experience in General Business Law, Technology Law (including software licensing and intellectual property matters), Contract Law and Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law. He will concentrate his practice in the representation of small and medium-sized businesses. |
