After earning an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Cesar accumulated twelve years of banking experience at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, attended Suffolk University School of Law and was a member of the Trial Team Training Group, graduating in 1998. He subsequently served in the Office of the Eastern District Attorney as an Assistant District Attorney for over six and a half years, responsible for the prosecution of a plethora of cases ranging from misdemeanors to major felonies. While serving as a state prosecutor, Cesar was responsible for overseeing Jury sessions in the Peabody and Salem District Courts as Jury Trial Supervisor. He has personally tried over one hundred jury trials and is admitted to practice before the State Courts of Massachusetts and in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. |
